Once your order is placed and we’ve received your payment, we will begin processing it.

Our cut-off for all shipments is noon (11:00PM PST). If you order past this time, your order will be shipped out the following day after noon.

All packages are shipped via Xpresspost, which can take up to 2-3 business days for delivery to most major cities. If you live in a rural area it may take a day or so longer.

Please note that you have up to 2 days from receipt of the order to report any issues.

Following the receipt of this information, we will promptly work towards a resolution. If the product issue cannot be troubleshooted, we will offer a credit to your account in the form of points or a free replacement, as per your preference.
